Palm oil and palm kernel oil together offer a wide spectrum of fatty acids, enabling the production of nearly all key oleochemicals. These versatile compounds serve diverse industries and are essential in the formulation of detergents, surfactants, shampoos, soaps, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food additives, and plastics.
Palm Fatty Acid Distillate is a by-product of refining palm oil, commonly used in the production of soaps, animal feed, and biodiesel. It also serves as a valuable raw material in the chemical industry due to its high fatty acid content.
Extracted through vacuum distillation of palm kernel oil, PKFAD is rich in lauric acid and widely used in the textile, lubricant, and metalworking industries. Its excellent foaming and cleansing properties make it ideal for soaps, shampoos, bath products, and household cleaners.
Produced from coconut oil, CFAD is rich in caprylic and lauric acids, making it effective in manufacturing laundry soap, methyl esters, biodiesel, and fatty alcohols. It also serves as an anti-caking agent and is used in animal feed formulations.
Soap noodles are the sodium salts of fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats. Produced mainly from palm and palm kernel oils, they are the foundational raw material for manufacturing toilet soaps, laundry bars, and multi-purpose cleaning products. Available in various shades from white to yellow, they offer versatility in formulation and usage.
Palm wax, available in bead or flake form, is commonly used in molding decorative and novelty candles. Naturally odorless, it ensures that added fragrances or essential oils remain pure and undistorted in the final product, making it ideal for high-quality candle production.
